Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted in the item description. This is not applicable during promotions or when using coupons.

PNW Performance Autos is only able to ship within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will be rejected and refunded.

We do not ship orders internationally, to PO Boxes, or to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

We handle orders as quickly as we can and make every effort to have orders shipped out within 10 business days after an order is placed.

Because many of our products are produced, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and dropshippers, including services such as Printful, processing and shipping times may vary by product, supplier, production volume, carrier availability, and other factors outside of our direct control.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally occur. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Please note that estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
